Short Bio
An old soul hailing from Macon Georgia USA, Hughes Taylor was immediately drawn to the blues when he first picked up the guitar. Today an accomplished guitar player with a voice that’s bigger than he is, Hughes has developed his signature style: a fiery brand of blues-rock whose lineage stretches back to Stevie Ray Vaughan and Cream. With three studio albums and a live album from his 2020 UK tour under his belt, Hughes is releasing his fourth studio album, Modern Nostalgia, showcasing his growth as a musician, songwriter, and producer. Written during the pandemic and recorded at the legendary Capricorn Sound Studios in Macon, GA, the music on the new record is a sweet mix of blues, blues-rock, and southern rock; a modern successor to the great music that put Capricorn on the map many years ago. Modern Nostalgia is set to release July 9th, 2021.

Born and raised in London, the Beatles perked a teenage Simon's interest in rock music, and he picked up the drums - leading to a gig with a local band called the Maniacs, on which Simon supplied drums and lead vocals (something quite uncommon at the time).
Simon worked out a deal with his parents after graduating high school, that if he couldn't "make it" as a drummer in a band within a two-year period, that he would begin a college career. Just a few months before the deadline, Simon landed a gig with a group called the Black Cat Bones. The drummer befriended the group's talented guitarist, Paul Kossoff, who in turn convinced Simon to leave the group with him and begin a new outfit with singer Paul Rodgers. Soon ex-John Mayall's Bluesbreakers bassist Andy Fraser signed on and Free was officially formed in 1968. Mixing blues with hard rock, the group would prove to be quite influential, especially on the strength of their classic 1970 release, Fire and Water, and its strutting, anthemic hit single, "All Right Now."
When the band broke up, it didn't take Simon long to find another gig, joining Paul Rodgers in a new band, Bad Company, which was quite similar stylistically to Free. Joined by ex-King Crimson bassist Boz Burrell and ex-Mott the Hoople guitarist Mick Ralphs, Bad Company was the first group signed to Led Zeppelin's record label, Swan Song. Their debut album, 1974's Bad Company, would go on to become one of hard rock's all-time classics, as it birthed such long-standing rock radio standards as "Can't Get Enough," "Ready for Love," and the title track, written by Paul and Simon himself. The group hails as one of the all-time top rock outfits. Simon Kirke is the only member of Bad Company who’s been in every lineup of the band.
In addition to his work with Free and Bad Company, Simon has guested on a long list of recordings by other artists over the years, including albums by Wilson Pickett, Faces, Gov’t Mule, Jim Capaldi and Ron Wood, among countless others and he is often found drumming live on tour with acts like Chuck Berry, Ray Charles, Bo Diddley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards and Ringo Starr & His All-Star Band. Simon recently toured with Bad Company and The Eagles' Joe Walsh, and recorded a soul-baring solo record, "All Because of You," with Chicago band, The Empty Pockets, released by The End Records/BMG (2017).

Birmingham born Trev’s musical gestation began in the crucial ten years from 1968, being exposed to a heady cocktail of anything from blues to Prog Rock, playing these styles in many local bands. Now a native of London, the last two decades have drawn and expanded on this experience, which he now brings to the Mojo Preachers. Along the way Trev has been instrumental in the creation of ‘3am’, the ‘Bare Bones Boogie Band’, the Joe Anderton Band and more recently, played a key role in the original incarnation of the ‘Malaya Blue Band’. All of this has been supplemented by his occasional appearances with his own band, TT&F and frequent, in demand, guest slots with other bands.

Jim Stapley has the kind of voice that comes along once in a generation; a powerful brew of blues and soul, laced with sublime falsetto. Described as “gritty, pretty, and profound” by Classic Rock Magazine, his songs of love, hope, and political disenfranchisement are stories for the everyman. Having worked with music industry legends including Kenney Jones (Faces/Small Faces/The Who), Ronnie Wood (Faces/Rolling Stones), Danny O’Donoghue (The Script), Tony Visconti (producer: David Bowie, T.Rex, Morrissey) and Eddie Kramer (producer: Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones), Jim Stapley is a lauded performer who delivers equal parts raw energy and mature vulnerability. Jim cuts through the noise, leaving his listeners feeling empowered, restored, and ready for the tribulations of another day.
The Great British Rock Band
The brainchild of singer Jim Stapley and guitarist Johnson Jay, the GBR Band is an exciting, authentic tribute to the timeless songs, unique, creative innovation, and revolutionary fashion of British rock music through the ages. Both Stapley and Jay are active members of The Kenney Jones Band (Drummer for the Small Faces, Faces, and The Who) and have worked with some of the great names in Rock 'n' Roll including Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood, Mike Rutherford, Bob Geldof, Paul Young, Steve Harley, Dave 'Bucket' Colwell, Rick Wills, Tony Visconti, and Eddie Kramer.
Now based in Nashville, Tennessee, they are joined by Mike Vargo (Bass & Vocals), Seth Timbs (Keys & Vocals), and Eric Stroud (Drums). The GBR band brings the quintessential, British Rock 'n' Roll show to the heart of your next event

Atlanta-based The Bitteroots set to release
new album ‘Try Me Again’ April 8
As they embark on a limited run of shows this spring in the
Southeast U.S., groove-rock band The Bitteroots are set to release their sixth album of original
music.
“Try Me Again” collects some of the band’s favorite songs from its first 10 years — audience-
tested at hundreds of shows — recorded as they’re performed today.
The album, set for digital release April 8, follows last summer’s single “Time to Spare.”
The 13 tracks appearing on “Try Me Again” include updates of songs stretching back to the
founding days of The Bitteroots in 2008. Through live performances and countless rehearsals,
the songs have evolved — in some cases considerably — from the first recorded versions.

Bio
Mary Coughlin started her nursing career over 25 years ago in the US Air Force Nurse Corps caring for adults. As her military career diversified, she discovered the field of neonatal nursing, which has become her passion for the past 20+ years—and counting. Within the field of neonatal nursing, a care philosophy exists that acknowledges the human frailties, vulnerabilities, and needs of this fragile population. This philosophy of care is called developmental care.
Over the past six years, Mary has had the privilege to collaborate with internationally recognized clinical experts and made significant contributions to the ever-expanding body of knowledge relative to developmentally supportive care in the neonatal intensive care unit.
She has authored or co-authored numerous papers, is a recognized speaker and expert on developmentally supportive care, and is the President and Global Education Officer (GEO) of Caring Essentials Collaborative. She came to the realization that core caring actions, attitudes, and behaviors (the basic tenets of developmental care) transcend the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This realization prompted the creation of Caring Essentials Collaborative as an opportunity and a vehicle to disseminate information and engage healthcare professionals to implement and evaluate the profound impact of evidence-based caring actions, attitudes, and behaviors on the hospitalized individual, the family, and healthcare providers globally.

Larry Griffith Bio
Larry Griffith has been on a musical and geographic journey southward, and his fifth album, Bonafide, is the next step. Like any good blues, it was born of some hardship. Larry recorded it while going through a breakup, and had to halt production for two months to undergo throat surgery. Though the process was trying (because it was trying), the result is an honest and vivid reflection of the road Larry has traveled and the things he’s picked up and carried with him along the way. As songs like “Had Enough,” “It Ain’t What They Call You,” and “I’m Free” attest, Larry was down but never out.
